Abstract
<jats:p>In accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education and the course curriculum, this textbook systematically presents administrative and legal institutions, as well as theoretical and practical issues in the organization and exercise of executive power in Russia. The fourth edition takes into account recent changes in the public administration system and administrative law. It is intended for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as professors at law schools and other higher education institutions.
