Abstract
<jats:p>Рассмотрена роль smart-контракта в контексте обеспечения информационной безопасности в части контроля транзакционных издержек между межведомственными и межуровневыми государственно-частными рыночными субъектами на цифровой блокчейн-платформе. Представлена авторская модель системы контроллинга управленческих категорий «Риск-Решение-Результат», направленная на повышение эффективности и безопасности реализации ЖЦК в регтональной сфере услуг дорожного строительства. Предложена система операционных метрик в оценке эффективности реализации инвестиционного проекта за ЖЦК на цифровой блокчейн- платформе. Разработана экономико-математическая модель оценки результативности всех этапов ЖЦК на цифровой блокчейн-платформе, в системе показателей операционных метрик «Сi–Cj–Ck» экономический результат Контроллинга).</jats:p> <jats:p>The role of a smart contract in the context of ensuring information security in terms of controlling transaction costs between interdepartmental and inter-level public-private market entities on a digital blockchain platform is considered. The author's model of the controlling system for management categories "Risk-Decision-Result" is presented, aimed at improving the efficiency and safety of the implementation of the LCC in the regional sector of road construction services. A system of operational metrics is proposed to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of an investment project for the LCC on a digital blockchain platform. An economic and mathematical model for assessing the effectiveness of all stages of the LCC has been developed on a digital blockchain platform, in the system of indicators «Сi– Cj–Ck» (Standardization-Certification-Cost of Savings - Economic Result of Controlling).</jats:p>
