Abstract
<jats:p>В статье рассматривается проблема внедрения в деятельность правоохранительных органов современных цифровых инструментов межведомственного взаимодействия. На примере цифрового сервиса «Личный кабинет правоохранительного органа» показаны этапы внедрения и развития данного сервиса, функционал Личного кабинета, преимущества Личного кабинета перед традиционными формами межведомственного информационного обмена. Автором показано значение Личного кабинета для выявления и расследования преступлений, цифрового комплаенса в сфере оборота криптовалют, обеспечения технического соответствия Российской Федерации международным антиотмывочным стандартам ФАТФ.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article examines the implementation of modern digital tools for interagency cooperation in law enforcement. Using the digital service "Law Enforcement Agency Personal Account" as an example, it presents the stages of its implementation and development, the functionality of the Personal Account, and its advantages over traditional forms of interagency information exchange. The author demonstrates the importance of the Personal Account for crime detection and investigation, digital compliance in the cryptocurrency sector, and ensuring the technical compliance of the Russian Federation with the FATF international anti-money laundering standards.</jats:p>
