Abstract
The project „re(ad)dress – Einstieg in den Umstieg” offers former sex workers seeking career redirection targeted support through further qualification, social assistance, housing provision, and internships. This evaluation, conducted between March and September 2024, involved project staff, external experts, and participants who were interviewed about their experiences. Method triangulation, comprising qualitative interviews, participant observations, and satisfaction questionnaires, enabled a comprehensive analysis of the impacts achieved. The evaluation underscores the importance of systematically measuring progress and identifying scaling effects to maximize the reach and effectiveness of future projects. The results contribute to raising awareness of the life realities of former sex workers and promote greater societal acceptance.
