ПРОЦЕНА СТАЊА И САНАЦИЈА АБ КОНСТРУКЦИЈЕ ВИШЕСПРАТНЕ ПОСЛОВНО-СТАМБЕНЕ ЗГРАДЕ У НОВОМ САДУ, THE ASSESSMENT AND REPAIR OF THE RC STRUCTURE OF A MULTI-STOREYBUSINESS-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN NOVI SAD

<jats:p>The work consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part provides an overview of all defects that can occur in concrete elements in astructure. The practical part involves an assessment of the condition of the reinforced concrete structure of a building in Novi Sad, along with a repair solution for the identified defects and damages. To determine the presence of defects and damages, a detailed visual inspection of the structure was conducted. Based on the analysis of the results, a repair solution was provided, as well as a preliminary estimate of all the necessary works to be carried out.</jats:p>
