Abstract
<jats:p>В статье рассмотрены различные аспекты социально-экономического развития Дальневосточного региона, связанные с долгосрочными процессами изменения климата. Особое внимание уделено влиянию климата на перспективы торгового взаимодействия со странами АТР, развития сельского хозяйства и логистики. Выполнен анализ изменений климата в южных регионах Дальнего Востока, показано, что среднедекадный дрейф температур по региону за последние 70 лет составляет около +0,25 °С и на большей территории региона наблюдается изменение климата в направлении повышения температуры и влажности. Одновременно показано, что прогнозирование осадков сопряжено с трудностями, и на основе статистических данных объективный прогноз получается малоопределённым. Предложены соответствующие дополнения в систему целевых индикаторов экономического развития региона.</jats:p> <jats:p>The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the multifaceted aspects of socio-economic development of the Russian Far East related to long-term climate change processes. Particular attention is paid to the impact of climate on the prospects for trade cooperation with Asia-Pacific countries, as well as on the development of agriculture and logistics. An analysis of climate changes in the southern regions of the Russian Far East is performed. It is shown that the mean decadal temperature drift in the region over the past 70 years is approximately +0.25 °С, and that most of the region is experiencing a climate shift towards higher temperatures and humidity. Concurrently, the study acknowledges the significant complexities associated with forecasting precipitation patterns. It is shown that attempts to generate reliable objective forecasts based solely on statistical data result in predictions with a high degree of uncertainty. In conclusion, to address the identified challenges and opportunities, the authors propose a set of specific amendments and additions to the existing system of target indicators for the region's economic development strategy.</jats:p>
