Abstract

This study aimed to assess the relationshiop between Green Human Resource Management Practices (GHRMP) and Environmental Performance (EP), considering the moderating influence of green inclusive leadership (GIL) in hotels located in Gilgit-Baltistan. The sample, selected using convenience sampling, included 356 respondents employed in the regional hospitality sector. Data collection was carried out through structured questionnaires, and both descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used for analysis. The results showed that GIL has a significant direct impact on EP, and that GHRMP contribute to its improvement. However, it was also found that GIL does not moderate the relationship between GHRMP and EP. The study also identified a number of initiatives that can be adopted by hospitality industry organizations to increase environmental awareness.
