Abstract
<jats:p>The subject of this study is the spirit of the multinational people of Russia, examined in the context of national security as the foundation of the worldview of the Russian people. The object of the study is the national securi-ty of Russia insofar as it concerns the consolidation of the polyethnic community of our country. The aim of the work is to identify immanent constants containing fragments of the spirit of the Russian people. This procedure is necessary for the reanimation of the obsolete spirit of the Soviet people. The essence of the aforementioned process consists in identifying the filiation between the objects presented above. As a methodological frame-work, the author employs the philosophical works of N.A. Berdyaev, I.A. Ilyin, A.G. Dugin, and A.P. Skripnik. The article provides a comparative analysis of the concepts of “spirit” and “worldview” and concludes that the former is immanent to the latter.</jats:p>
