Abstract
<jats:p>The key elements of the Industry 4.0 Concept and Ukraine’s Cybersecurity Strategy call for the development of methodological approaches to the security of intelligent cyber-physical medical technologies to provide functional support for secure digitalization in Ukraine’s healthcare sector. Aspects of creating secure intelligent cyber-physical medical technology (ICPMT) for diagnosing the state of the human body based on the universal platform “ICPMT architecture – integrated security model – comprehensive security system” have been developed. A multi-level architecture of intelligent cyber-physical medical technology is examined, which enables the selection of biophysical parameters of human body systems’ functioning within the “control – processing – analysis – management” framework and serves as the basis for constructing an integrated model of its security. The functionality of intelligent cyber-physical medical diagnostic technology is described at the following levels: physical space (sensors for monitoring biophysical parameters of human body systems); communication environment (wireless communication systems—Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE); cyber space (information resources, measurement information system (MIS), expert system (ES)). Based on the “object–threat–protection” concept, an integrated security model for multi-level ICPMT was created, and comprehensive security systems (CSS) were developed at the external and internal levels to address targeted and accidental threats.
