Abstract

The study objective is to transform the information space in the field of construction control and management in order to improve the decision-making efficiency in situational management of construction production at the zero cycle stage using operational information from the results of external expert assessment included in the facility digital passport. During the research, the following structural elements were identified: the necessary regulatory documentation definition; decomposition of the traditional construction process to identify points of possible scheduled examination; determination of the prerequisites for transformation and the concept of the existing construction site digital passport transformation. The research was conducted at the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Nosov MSTU " together with representatives of JSC "Prokatmontazh" for a pilot facility in the city resort "Prityazhenie" from 2024 to 2025. The decomposition method was used in the research. The decomposition results are presented in the form of IDEF0 diagrams. The decomposition results made it possible to determine the prerequisites for the transformation of the digital passport for the pilot facility based on two aspects: as conditions for process transformation and as a starting point for building a new facility digital model, taking into account the expert examination results; develop a concept for transforming the construction project passport that takes into account changes in the model dimensionality, defining the situation in terms of introducing a scheduled review and making decisions based on the human expert experience and artificial intelligence elements.
