Abstract

<jats:p>Minors are increasingly becoming heirs to property that includes so-called business assets, including shares in limited liability companies. The inheritance of business assets is carried out according to the general rules established by civil legislation, but taking into account the restrictions established by special laws. The article examines issues of legal regulation concerning the grounds and conditions for the participation of minors in corporate relations.</jats:p>
