Research Methodology and Assessment of Human Potential of the Population with Disabilities

<jats:p>This paper examines quantitative and qualitative methods for assessing human potential, determining the magnitude of the population potential of a country, region, individual territories, or sociodemographic groups. It presents methodological approaches for identifying human potential components and the specific application of population quality assessment tools based on applied research objectives. This enabled the development of a comprehensive algorithm for assessing the human potential of the disabled population, taking into account the specific substantive features of the structure and stages of reproduction of human potential in this population group.</jats:p>
