The key aspects of the research are the analysis of theoretical approaches to interaction management (systemic, process, network, resource-oriented, institutional); the study of conceptual models of interaction ("triple helix", value chain, competence model); identification of five key aspects of interaction mechanism management: strategic planning, institutional mechanisms, financial and economic instruments, information and analytical support, organizational innovations; assessment of the practice of the regions of the Russian Federation (including Tula region) and foreign countries. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the systematization of management mechanisms of interaction between education and economics, the identification of their key components and tools, as well as in a comprehensive analysis of the regional model using the example of the Tula region. The practical significance of the research lies in the development of recommendations for improving interaction management, including: the introduction of long-term forecasting systems for personnel needs; the development of institutional coordination mechanisms; the use of financial and economic incentives; digitalization of information and analytical support; the introduction of innovative training formats. As a result of the work, it can be noted that effective interaction requires an integrated approach combining strategic planning, institutional changes and digital tools. A key success factor is the partnership of government, business and educational organizations. It is necessary to increase the flexibility of educational programs and invest in digital infrastructure.
