Abstract
Introduction. A person’s perception of communicative space is reflected in the nominations through which he comprehends the surrounding reality. In light of the above, the analysis of hemeronyms of news Telegram channels, along with their verbal and non-verbal explicators that shape the communicative image of news content, is highly relevant. Aim. This article aims to identify the verbal and non-verbal means used in the names of Telegram channels that help form a positive communicative image of news content. Methodology and research methods. To achieve this aim, the study employs structural-semantic analysis of hemeronyms, as well as artificial intelligence tools developed within the framework of the Russian National Corpus. Results. An analysis of the names of information channels in one crossplatform messenger revealed that each hemeronym represents a polycode text oriented toward communicative appeal. The components of a hemeronym are semantically interconnected and perform specific functions (emotional, influential, etc.). The “meaning formation” of an information message is influenced not only by its form and news content but also by the verbal and non-verbal elements operating within the names (hemeronyms) of Telegram channels. Scientific novelty. The study of news hemeronyms in Telegram channels has determined that hemeronyms of news channels constitute a creative phenomenon reflecting the culturally specific worldview of the news content author, as well as the “linguistic taste of the era” within the rapidly changing news landscape of the information resource. Practical significance. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that its results can be used by marketing communications specialists, as well as by managers working with online communities on social media and digital channels.
