Abstract
<jats:p>The textbook is a fundamental guide to construction production and site management. It discusses in detail the rules for the execution of executive documentation, which guarantees the legal purity and delivery of the facility without penalties. Construction management through competent documentation minimizes risks and increases efficiency in a competitive market. The central place is given to the role of an IT engineer — the link between designers, contractors and the customer. The work of a VET engineer with documents (acts, journals, diagrams), conflict resolution and interaction under tight deadlines is described. The textbook combines the practical experience of specialists with academic knowledge of GOST and SNiP. It will help beginners to enter the profession quickly, and professionals to systematize skills.</jats:p>
