Abstract
The textbook is devoted to the consideration of mathematical methods used in project analysis to improve the validity and quality of decisions made at the stages of project development and implementation. Special attention is paid to the choice of adequate mathematical tools, depending on the specifics of a specific problem situation that arises in the course of project activities. The mathematical apparatus presented in the manual is a starting point for acquaintance with mathematical methods used in project analysis, and serves as a practical basis for evaluating the effectiveness of projects, analyzing their implementation strategies, optimizing the use of resources, and supporting management decisions. Meets the requirements of the latest generation of federal state educational standards for higher education. It is intended for students of economic and managerial fields of study who are already familiar with the basic concepts of higher mathematics and mastering quantitative methods of project analysis, as well as for anyone who seeks to develop competencies in the field of analytical thinking and quantitative justification of decisions.
