Abstract
<jats:p>In this monograph, for the first time in the world literature, both the theoretical foundations of creating flotation combines based on multi-stage and generalized flotation models and practical recommendations based on the principles of biosimilarity are considered. For the first time in world and domestic practice, schemes of KBS-type and special-purpose flotation combines using various elements in the form of agitators, mesh elements and sediment dewatering units are shown. New aeration systems for use in various flotation devices, including flotation combines, are considered. Practical examples of the use of new flotation equipment are described. It is intended for a wide range of readers, including researchers, university professors, graduate students and undergraduates.</jats:p>
