Abstract
<jats:p>The publication was prepared in accordance with the curriculum of the discipline "Labor Disputes" at the Department of Civil and Administrative Proceedings named after M. S. Shakaryan of the O. E. Kutafin University (MGUA). The workshop includes tasks, assignments and questions to them, as well as appendices (materials of law enforcement practice of courts of general jurisdiction), the study of which will help to find solutions.
