Abstract

<jats:p>The textbook includes extracts from documents of the United Nations, the International Telecommunication Union, the OSCE, the European Court of Human Rights, Europol, other international organizations, research centers and large IT companies operating in the field of cybersecurity. The presented documents provide the basis for understanding cybercrime and cyberterrorism, their types, and the organization of investigation and prevention of cybercrimes and terrorist activities using modern information technologies. Much attention is paid to the observance of citizens' rights and freedoms in the information sphere and in ensuring cybersecurity. For a wide range of practitioners and researchers involved in the organization of the fight against cybercrime and cyberterrorism, as well as for teachers, graduate students and students of higher educational institutions.</jats:p>
