Abstract
Methods of forecasting the parameters of the functioning of the youth labor market are associated with the multidimensional choice of candidates for employment in accordance with the requirements of the employer. The tasks of forecasting the youth labor market are relevant in various practical applications, and attention should also be paid to the analysis of the regional labor market. One of the main parameters for the regional labor market is the demographic state in the region under study, the economic structure, static data, the effectiveness of the employment service and forecasts for the development of the regional labor market. This article examines the problem of labor market management and forecasting, especially the youth labor market. Mathematical methods and effective mechanisms for coordinating the regional labor market with the youth labor market have been developed to solve this problem. A systematic analysis of the use of mathematical models in solving this problem has been carried out. A model of causal relationships between the regional labor market and the youth labor market in making managerial decisions is proposed. The article defines approaches to the development of a regional information system for managing the process of labor market distribution for employers, and implements system modeling based on a structural-parametric model for the distribution of specialists in the youth labor market at the request of employers.
