Abstract
<jats:p>The textbook reveals the basic concepts and modern directions of innovative development of hospitality industry enterprises, examines the essence of business processes inherent in hospitality enterprises, examines approaches to creating a hotel product, and a range of additional services. The article analyzes the national innovation system and the innovation policy of the state, as well as the system of stimulating innovation in Russia and abroad. Marketing innovations and innovation management in the hospitality industry are also considered. The article analyzes the ESG principles of the development of the hospitality industry, green technologies in the hotel business. Examples from the practical activities of enterprises are given, including an analysis of the specifics of innovation activities in the context of the economic crisis and uncertainty.
