Abstract

The proposed monograph discusses quantitative methods for the analysis of logistics systems. Such systems are primarily used by industrial enterprises, transport companies, etc. As a rule, the effectiveness of the listed facilities largely depends on how efficiently limited resources of this type are used, such as the production apparatus of the enterprise, labor resources, vehicles, etc. In this paper, various approaches to managing such resources are considered both for deterministic models and for situations where a number of model parameters are not specified precisely, that is, for stochastic models. In this case, it is proposed to evaluate the resilience of models to the occurrence of various types of risk events both in terms of the solution structure and functionality. Special attention is paid to the problems of optimal linear synthesis of a communication network, and a method of generalized potentials in the presence of uncertain factors is proposed. It is addressed to undergraduates and postgraduates studying in the fields of Business Informatics, Management and Logistics, as well as specialists in the field of logistics system modeling.
