Abstract
<jats:p>The workshop was prepared in accordance with the curriculum of the administrative law training course (General part). It contains theoretical issues and tasks, the most important regulatory legal acts and judicial practice, as well as literary sources. The objectives of the workshop are based on real cases from judicial practice. The workshop is intended for students, postgraduates and teachers of law schools and faculties in which the study of the course "Administrative Law (General part)" is fully provided. It is also recommended for government and municipal employees, officials of administrative bodies, as well as anyone interested in administrative and legal issues.</jats:p>
