Abstract
<jats:p>The monograph reveals the essence and content of the tutor's activities in the new socio-cultural conditions of the development of pedagogical science and educational practice. The age dynamics of the development of the system of values of the personality of schoolchildren has been revealed, and organizational and methodological tools for the tutor's pedagogical influence on the education of the value foundations of personality have been developed on the basis of a value approach. The pedagogical conditions for the education of the value foundations of the personality of schoolchildren are determined, the implementation of which is carried out by the teacher during the design of a cultural development environment with specified value properties. The study was conducted on the basis of experimental sites of the Moscow Pedagogical State University. It is addressed to specialists in the field of education and pedagogy, heads and teachers of general education and secondary specialized institutions, teachers of higher pedagogical schools, as well as to a wide range of readers interested in the problems of pedagogical science and practice.</jats:p>
