Abstract
<jats:p>The monograph presents the results of an analysis of the functioning of the norms of international law in the context of the transformation of the world order, increasing military, pandemic, technological and other risks that pose a danger to the world's population. The research covers general theoretical, philosophical and other conceptual issues of the development of international law, sectoral and regional ways of countering modern challenges and threats.
