Abstract
<jats:p>The textbook, based on the latest legislation, highlights the procedure of judicial proceedings in civil cases, taking into account the study of problems of theory and law enforcement practice. The stages of the process development, the procedure for appealing judicial and other acts, the specifics of legal proceedings involving foreign persons, as well as proceedings in cases related to the performance of assistance and control functions in relation to arbitration courts are described. The peculiarities of the administration of justice by arbitration courts and the protective activity of the notary are considered. Meets the requirements of the latest generation of federal state educational standards for higher education.
