Abstract
<p> <italic>Essential Cases: Public Law</italic> provides a bridge between course textbooks and key case judgments. This case document summarizes the facts and decision in <italic>Re Resolution to Amend the Constitution of Canada</italic> [1981] 1 SCR 753, Supreme Court of Canada (also known as the <italic>Patriation Reference</italic>).
