<jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>This volume provides guidance for leaders in navigating the myriad formidable workplace challenges of the 2020s and beyond. Relentless change and volatility characterizing this period have indelibly changed how employees experience work, and leadership practices must adapt in response. From the upending effects of COVID-19 to social unrest, wars, and technological advances, the world is substantially different from just a few short years ago. The need for effective leadership has never been greater, yet often the leaders we have are not the leaders we need. How leaders navigate these unprecedented times will determine who succeeds and who falls short; that is the focus of this volume.
